MirocStaff Inc. is building a bank of talented people in Southeast and South Asia by utilizing its extensive network of contacts in Asia. In many Asian countries, young human resources support the infrastructure base of society on the back of populational bonuses.

Japan, on the other hand, has a declining birthrate and an aging society, with the percentage of people over 65 years old exceeding 25%. In such an environment, the working population is shrinking rapidly compared to the growing pension generation, resulting in a serious shortage of not only productivity but also manpower to support the pension system.

Under these circumstances, an increasing number of companies are actively trying to hire foreign workers as a valuable labor force. Securing workers is a pressing issue for industries, and as of the end of December 2023, there were 3.41 million foreigners residing in Japan.
